Part A) Find a 1 RM of the compete for a cause complex.

3 Deadlifts
2 Hang Cleans (either method)
1 Jerk (either method)

Part B) Benchmark WOD ‘Cindy’ 20 minute AMRAP.

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

*Use a mat or towel for pushups
*Don’t sacrifice movement quality for a few extra ‘reps’.
*Protect your hands (especially if competing on Saturday)
