WOD – Monday 8 July 2018
12 Week Deadlift Program – Week 1 – 10 x 5 Deficit Deadlift at 50% of 1Rm
Minute 1-Deficit Deadlifts as per rep scheme (10 x 5/4/3)
Minute 2-Hand Stand Pushups (3 reps strict scaled as needed or Rx + with deficit for advanced athletes)
Minute 3-Strict Weighted Pullups (3 reps weighted or scaled as needed)
Any remaining time can be used for hand stand walk progressions or a little conditioning work on the bikes/rowers if you prefer.
