EMOM-First 30 Seconds-1 Thruster 45/30
Last 30 Seconds-1 C2B Pull-Up
– Add 1 Thruster and 1 C2B Pull-up to every 30 Second interval.
*Record your score as the last minute in which held the correct number of reps.
