Part B) 3 Rounds of 1 minute intervals of the following stations.
Max calorie Row. (If more than three in a group, extras do burpees and swap each round)
Max ring dips or Ring muscle
ups.
Max Dumbbell burpee deadlifts 25/20
Rest.
*Start anywhere but everyone rests after 3 minutes.
