Part A) 5 x 5 Push Jerk

Part B) 3 x 4 minute short Tabata blocks of alternating exercises:

Kettlebell Swings (max reps)

Ring Muscle Ups or 5 x ring row + 5 x push-ups (max reps)

*(20 sec work 10 sec rest) x 8 = 4 minute block.
