For time:
Run 10 miles
150 burpee pullups
*Partition the run and pull-ups as needed
*Suggested partitioning- 10 Rounds of:
Run 1.6km(1 mile)
15 burpee pullups
*90 minute cut-off
*Temperature is forecast for high 30s. Know and respect your limits. Ensure adequate hydration and be sun smart. Arrive early if you intend to complete the WOD to the Rx standard.
*This will be the last endurance WOD until the completion of the 2017 CrossFit Open.
