WOD – Thursday 15 December 2016

12 Rounds – every 3 minutes – 2 minutes work, 1 minute rest.

Rounds 1, 4, 7 and 10:

10 Power Snatch then fill the rest of the 2 minutes with double unders
* Choose a snatch weight to go unbroken

Rounds 2, 5, 8 and 11:

15 Thrusters then fill the rest of the 2 minutes with sit-ups
* Use same bar as snatch

Rounds 3, 6, 9 and 12:

10 Burpees over the bar then fill the rest of the 2 minutes with air squats
* If not using bumpers already, make sure you have spare large plates to make your bar bumper-height during the previous rest time
