30 minutes – 20 rounds each 90 seconds:
Complex:
1 Squat Clean
2 Hang Squat Clean
3 Front Squats
* Take from the floor
* 10 minutes to warm up to working weight
* Not a PB each set
* If you can’t/shouldn’t squat – do 1 Power Clean, 2 Hang Cleans, 3 Push Press.
* Weight may go up or down
