20 steps walk lunge (10 each leg)
* After each lunge, perform 5 squats.
20 steps walk lunge (10 each leg)
* After each lunge, perform 4 squats.
20 steps walk lunge (10 each leg)
* After each lunge, perform 3 squats.
20 steps walk lunge (10 each leg)
* After each lunge, perform 2 squats.
20 steps walk lunge (10 each leg)
* After each lunge, perform 1 squat.
* Carry a sandbag in front – elbows at your ribs, forearms out front.
