WOD – Friday 19 August 2016

PLEASE NOTE: THE 5PM AND 6PM SESSIONS TONIGHT WILL BE RUNNING A ‘BRING A FRIEND’ SESSION.
* BOTH WODS ARE AVAILABLE.
* IF YOU BRING A FRIEND, YOU WILL BE DOING A PAIRS WOD WITH YOUR FRIEND.
* THE BEGINNER WOD WILL HAVE BASIC MOVEMENTS AND AN EASY FORMAT (NOT THE NORMAL WOD).

15 minutes:

5 sets – 1 set every 2:30

1 Strict Press
3 Push Press
5 Push Jerk

Then…

20 minutes:

1+1 Dumbbell Burpee Deadlift
1+1 One-Arm Dumbbell Snatch
1+1 Pistols each leg
