Squat Clean
Chest 2 Bar Pullups
Bar Facing Burpees

* Squat Clean – use 70% of 1RM
* If you don’t know 1RM, use 70% of 1RM Front Squat
* If you don’t know 1RM Front Squat, use 50% of 1RM Back Squat

May be done solo, or in pairs.
If completing in pairs, swap every 3 reps, until all reps are completed between you.
