25 minute AMRAP
1 Squat Snatch + 1 OHS
1 Squat Snatch + 2 OHS
1 Squat Snatch + 3 OHS
1 Squat Snatch + 4 OHS
1 Squat Snatch + 5 OHS
15 Pushups
* Men rx 40kg.
* Women rx 30kg.
* No touch-n-go after last OHS into next set of Squat Snatch.
* Must set up first squat snatch properly.
* Do not dump any reps, especially if you are using an empty bar.
