A. Run 3 x 1.6km plus 200m. Out to Jellicoe Street.
B. Run 5 x 1km. Turn left at Isaac Street.
C. Run 12 x 400m plus 200m. Up to 60 sign.
D. 5 rounds: Run 400m + Row 600m.
E. Or other variation that equals 5km.
F. Upsize with a sandbag.
