WOD – Wednesday 17 February 2016

10 rounds as 30 minute EMOM:

1. Wall walk/s
2. Double Unders
3. Squat Snatch 30/15

* choose own rep scheme however one neat and tidy wall walk trumps two ugly reps.
* set a goal for an unbroken set, or 50 reps each round. You know what you should be aiming for.
* no press outs with the snatches or turning a power snatch into an overhead squat. Choose own weight, use a broomstick if needed.
* choose your own intensity on this workout. It can be recovery practice or you can aim to maintain some high numbers.
