Run 800m
30 Kettlebell Swings 32/24
30 Pull-ups

* sub for swings is 2 full minutes of plank
* sub for pull-ups is 30 lunge steps (15 each leg). Carry 2 Dumbbells – men use 2 x 15, women use 2 x 10.
* choose kb weight that will allow mostly unbroken
* choose pull-up option that allows mostly unbroken ie use bands or do ring rows
