28 minute AMRAP in pairs:
8 Muscle-Ups
50 Wall Ball
100 Double Unders
* Muscle-Ups may be swapped for Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups, or regular pull-ups or wall walks or ring rows.
* You are still working as one-person. In one round, each person performs half the reps. Each person will do 4/25/50 per round.
* You can choose how to alternate the reps.
* This is 15.3 with double the time frame because there are two of you working:)
* Yes I know it is 7 Muscleups but 8 is better halved:)
