WOD – Wednesday 20 January 2016

30 minute EMOM:

1st minute: 9 Deadlift
2nd minute: 6 Hang Clean
3rd minute: 3 Push Press

* After the 9 deadlift hang on to the bar until the Hang Cleans
* After the 6 Hang Cleans rest in the rack position until the Push Press
* After the 3 Push Press you may put bar back on ground until start of next set
