* Hold same weight across
* Perform as E3MOM – every 3 minutes complete a set of 3
Dessert:
Death By 4 second Push Up
* Perform 1 Push Up every 4 seconds
* Resting is in “UP” position
* 5 minute cutoff = 75 pushups
* If break pattern, perform 10 wall ball then join in again.
