30 min AMRAP in pairs:

200m Run with a sandbag

Vs

* 3 strict pull-ups first

Then rest of time with bar:

1 deadlift
1 hang clean
1 front squat
1 push press

* start every set new with the pull-ups
* may also be done as a snatch complex
* no more than 50kg for men, 35kg for women
