12 Pistols (6 each leg)
5 WAYS TO SKIN A CHRISTMAS CAT:
A)
* Do 1 Muscle Up
* Do 1 Muscle Up and 2 Pullups
* Do 1 Muscle Up and 2 Pullups and 3 Box Jumps etc
B)
* Do 1 Muscle Up
* Do 2 Pullups and 1 Muscle Up
* Do 3 Box Jumps and 2 Pullups and 1 Muscle Up etc
C)
* Do 12 Pistols and 11 Wall Ball etc all the way to 1 Muscle Up
* Do 11 Wall Ball and 10 Double Unders all the way to 1 Muscle Up etc
D)
* Do 1 Muscleup and 2 Pullups all the way to 12 Pistols
* Do 1 Muscleup and 2 Pullups all the way to 11 Wall Ball etc
