WOD – Monday 26 October 2015
For time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Jerks (Push or Split)
20 Overhead Squat
20 Front Squat
* Men use 42.5kg – or more or less:)
* Women use 30kg – or more or less:)
* On each minute perform 5 burpees – don’t take any longer than 20-25 seconds to get them done.
* 30 minute cutoff.
* If you finish earlier you have Chest To Bar Pull-up practice until time is called.
