45 minute EMOM:

Option A – 15 rounds of:
1st minute – 5 Ring Dips
2nd minute – 5 Pullups
3rd minute – 5 HSPU

Option B – 15 rounds of:
1st minute – 10 Wall Ball
2nd minute – 5 Burpees
3rd minute – 2 Wall Walks

Option C – 15 rounds of:
1st minute – 5 Clean and Jerk 60% 1RM
2nd minute – 7 Front Squat with same bar
3rd minute – 9 Burpees over the bar
