* Men rx 70kg, women rx 50kg
* Not required to be unbroken
4PM WOD
“Clovis”
150 Burpee Pullups
16km Run
* 10 rounds of 15 burpee pullups and run 1.6km.
* There is no specific 5pm session but the 4pm will run through to 6pm.
* Rolling start – do what you can when you arrive.
* May be scaled according to rounds or time cutoff.
