Then…
AMRAP
6 Pullups
6 Goblet Squat
6 Handstand Pushups
Rest 30 seconds
* Do Chest To Bar if you know you should
* Goblet Squat is meant to be heavy
* If not confident doing HSPU do pushups on dumbbells instead
* Do the 6-6-6 as fast as you can then rest 30 seconds
