WOD – Wednesday 10 September 2014

30 minutes of work:

1 Muscle-Up
* Or 1 Chest To Bar Pullup and 1 Ring Dip
1 Pistol Each Leg
1 Handstand Pushup

Then 2 of each etc until you get to 5 reps then go back to 1 rep of each.

* This is not an AMRAP
* If preferred stick with 1 rep of each.
