10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Goblet Squats
* You need 4 consecutive weights of KB i.e. 8/12/16/20, 12/16/20/24 etc
* The KB’s will be grouped so you don’t need your own set – you do need to know what you are aiming for.
* Do 10-9-8 with your lowest weight
* Do 7-6-5 with your middle weight
* Do 4-3-2 with your next weight
* Do 1 with your heaviest weight
* After each set perform 20 double unders
* 10 goblet squats and 20 double unders, 9 goblet squats and 20 double unders.
