15 Dumbbell Burpee Deadlift vs plank
15 Dumbbell Thrusters vs Pullup Hang
15 One-arm Dumbbell Snatches each arm vs Ring hold
* If the partner doing plank/hang/hold breaks, then both people do 2 burpees each before resuming work.
