“The Furious”
100 Deadlift
90 Back Squats
80 Power Cleans
70 Push Jerks
60 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
50 Front Squat
40 Hang Power Cleans
30 Thrusters
20 Power Snatch
10 Overhead Squat

* This will be split into 2 x 50,45,40,35,30,25,20,15,10,5 reps.
* You will only be allowed to continue to the second set if your first set is completed within 15 minutes.
* May also be done in pairs i.e. 5 reps each until completed.

* 14.5 will only be available at 5AM – 5:50AM – 8:40AM.
* Scores must be submitted by 10AM.
