A burpee free reminder that if you arrive early for your session PLEASE WAIT behind the yellow line! PLEASE do NOT walk through the box to fill up a water bottle, PLEASE do NOT start using mobility tools on the main floor space, PLEASE do NOT walk over to the whiteboard to see what the warm up or WOD is (you are briefed at the start of every session), PLEASE do NOT practice pull-ups or other skills on the main floor. PLEASE WAIT and respect those that are still training. The 200 BURPEE penalty will be served no exceptions!
0 – 8 minutes to find 1RM Strict Press
8 – 20 minutes to find 3RM Push Press
20 – 35 minutes to find 5RM Push Jerk
Extra work option:
0 – 4 minutes to find 1RM Strict Press
4 – 8 minutes to perform another 4 reps at same weight *
8 – 15 minutes to find 3RM Push Press
15 – 20 minutes to perform another 4 sets at same weight *
20 – 27 minutes to find 5RM Push Jerk
27 – 35 minutes to perform another 2 sets at same weight *
* For EVERY REP you miss you get to perform x2 wall walks at the end.
* A Push Jerk that gets pressed out is also a missed rep.
