If you are not registered for the Open:

12 min AMRAP
15 Deadlift
15 Box Jumps
Run 100m

* Deadlift weights to choose from 20-40-60-80-100
* Box Jump heights 16″ – 20″ – 24″
* Choose a weight as close to 50% 1RM as possible
* Choose under-weight rather than over-weight
