100 Thrusters for time.
* If you rest the bar other than the rack position you are considered to have put it down.
* Ie if you rest the bar on your thighs or the floor you have put it down.
* You must complete 10 Pullups before you can resume.
* Men rx 40kg, scale 30kg.
* Women rx 30kg, scale 20kg.
* Beginners rx 15kg, scale 8kg.
* There is a 12 minute cutoff.
