THE OPEN 2014 – 14.3
1. 14.3 will be announced at 10am on Friday.
2. Friday sessions from 1:30pm onwards, Saturday sessions and Sunday session: these are an opportunity for registered athletes to practice the workout, practice some movements, get a strategy organised and prepare.
3. Monday: every session will be 14.3 as prescribed for Open competitors, and a scaled version will be prepared for all other people.
4. Tuesday 5am, 5:50am, 8:40am: these are the sessions available to re-do.
5. If you are a drop-in wanting to do 14.3 out of these times – I am happy to arrange.
