EXTRA TRAINING
Anyone is welcome to join in anytime on the squatting programme.
BACK SQUATTERS RULES:
1. These are scheduled to be done on a MONDAY WEDNESDAY FRIDAY
2. If you miss one of these days – too bad – you can’t make it up on another day
3. Your weights will be written up at the start of the week
4. At a normal session: Do the warmup, do your squats, do what you can of the WOD with the remainder of time left
5. No more than 2 – 2:30 minutes rest between sets – it’s not a chat-fest
6. Let me know if you didn’t complete your sets/reps
7. You are welcome to train twice in one day. If you can only train once, the priority is the squats.
8. You “shouldn’t” need spotters. If you are needing a spotter on the last rep it’s too heavy – talk to me.
