1 Muscle up or Wall Walk
2 Push-ups
3 Wall Ball
4 Goblet Squats
5 Kettlebell Swings
6 Burpees
7 Box Jumps
8 One-Arm Dumbbell Snatch
9 Situps
10 Double Unders
11 Medicine Ball Cleans
12 Pistols (6 each leg)
* Do 1 Muscle Up
* Do 1 Muscle Up then 2 Pushups
* Do 1 Muscle up then 2 Pushups then 3 Wall Ball etc
* Girls go in order of 1 to 12 i.e. 1, then 1 to 2, then 1 to 3
* Guys go in order of 12 to 1 i.e. 12 to 1, then 11 to 1, then 10 to 1 etc.
