Run 200m vs wall ball
Run 200m vs medicine ball cleans
Run 200m vs medicine ball pushups
* Person A runs while Person B wall ball
* Person B runs while Person A wall ball
Until…Person B runs while Person A pushups
* Then go back to wall ball
* Score is total reps in 25 minutes.
