Part A: 100 lunge jumps (50 each leg – 8 min cutoff – 2 mins to move to next station)
Part B: 3 attempts at max reps unbroken wall ball – choose your own weight. (10 min cutoff – 5 minutes to move to next station)
Part C: 100 Hang Power Cleans 52/35. Must be unbroken, may only rest bar on thighs. (20 min cutoff)
