Rounds of:
25 wallball
25 C2B pull-ups
25 pistols
25 one-arm db snatch
* choose your own rounds: 1,2,3 or 4
* may also be completed as totals instead ie sets of 50,75 or 100
* choose a light enough weight and scaled pull-ups so that you can complete your chosen rounds in 30 minutes.
