7AM – MEET AT THE BOX.
4 rounds: 2km, 25 box jumps, 25 burpees, 25 lunge jumps, 25 pushups.
I’ve mapped out a route that is 4km out-and-back. 2km points are at parks so hopefully there will be something we can jump on.
4PM – Afternoon WOD will be different.
