10 rounds:
Even rounds: Row 200m followed by 1 minute maximum pushups
Odd rounds: Row 200m followed by 1 minute maximum squats
* Your 1 minute time starts when you commence the first pushup or squat.
* The clock will run continuous – time your own minute.
* BRING A FRIGGING TOWEL FOR YOUR SWEAT POOLS!!!!
* Rolling start – your name will be added to the schedule when you walk through the door.
* Your pushup and squat score will be two combined numbers.
* Your row score will be the difference between your slowest and fastest.
