WOD – Saturday 10 November 2012

The 7am session will have a 10 minute warmup and a strict start time of 7:10am. For the 7:45am session, please arrive early to warmup (by 7:35am), for a strict start time of 7:45am so that you are finished by 8:30am when CrossFit Kids starts.
