ADULTS: 7AM & 7:45AM
KIDS: 8:30AM
Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:
You can choose:
A: 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats
B: 4 pullups, 8 pushups, 12 squats
C: 3 pullups, 6 pushups, 9 squats
D: 2 pullups, 4 pushups, 6 squats
* You MUST complete one round of your chosen sequence before the minute is up so you are back on the pull-up bar at the start of the next minute.
* The penalty for getting caught by the clock is 50 burpees at the end of the WOD.
* Having said that, choose a sequence that is achievable, but also challenging.
* I will KNOW whether you chose correctly even if I’m not there.
