* Or the hardest pull-up you can achieve for one rep
7 mins burpees
Option A: hold 5 burpees every 15 seconds = 140
Option B: hold 4 burpees every 15 seconds = 112
Option B: hold 3 burpees every 15 seconds = 84
Option C: hold 2 burpees every 15 seconds = 56
* You have to choose one from the start.
* The work rate you choose must be held for the entire 7 minutes.
* If your work rate drops you have to start again.
* Choose wisely, but don’t be a slacker.
