Front Squat – use the weight you did last Thursday (look it up in the comments – you need to know the weight you used and the max reps you did). Have another go for max reps.
200 KB Swings
* On each minute perform 5 Wall Ball
* The WB must be unbroken with depth and hitting above target
* i.e. If you do 4 perfect WB, and the 5th doesn’t reach, you need to start your 5 again.
