As a pair:
20 min AMRAP
150m run
21 KB Swings
21 Wall Ball
* Partner A runs 150m while partner B performs burpees.
* When A finishes the run, B tells A how many burpees they did.
* Partner B runs 150m while partner A performs burpees counting on from the number given.
* Partner A then performs 21 KB swings while B does burpees etc.
* You will have 2 scores: total reps of swings and wall ball and total burpees performed.
* The run counts as ‘1’. No partial metres are counted.
