WOD – Sunday 29 April 2012

I’m assuming it’s raining up there cos croquet got cancelled? Was going to make you all run but I’ll give you an indoor WOD. You’ll wish you were running hehe.

Tests:

1 x 1 min situps.
2 x 1 min pushups.
3 x 1 min squats.
4 x 1 min kettlebell swings.
5 x 1 min burpees.
* You get 1 min rest in between each set. That’s a lot of rest so go hard.
