70 Kettlebell Swings
80 Wall Ball
90 Lunge Steps
100 Double Unders
Run 500m together.
* EACH person must complete the set
* ie as a pair, you complete 20 pull-ups, 40 pushups etc.
* Only 1 person works at a time
