Guess what? no lifting or pull-ups today.

Run or Row:
8 x 400m with 90 seconds rest.

* You will run OUT the roller door, up Russell St, left into Clifford, left into Baty Lane, then IN the rear door.
* Check your finish time, rest 90 seconds, rinse & repeat.
* Score is final finish time on 8th run IN.
* Same rules apply for the rower.
* You may mix & match rows and runs.
