HOLIDAY WODS
1. Run 500m – 100 pushups – 200 squats – Run 500m.
2. Run 100m backwards – run 100m forwards. Repeat for 15 minutes. (If reverse directionally challenged this is best done at the beach.)
3. 100m walk lunge – 100m broad jump – 100m bear crawl – 100m walk lunge.
4. Tabata running: 4 minutes of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.
