UPDATED INFORMATION

Hi everyone – I’ve updated the CODE OF CONDUCT – please read. Basically, it’s getting busy at the box so I am going back to running strict sessions starting at scheduled times. Warmup gear and instructions will be provided near the entrance if you wish to do extra warmup or skills prior to session start time.
