WOD – Saturday 29 October 2011

PLEASE NOTE: CHANGES FOR THIS WEEKEND.

7:30 AM IS CHANGED TO 7AM FOR KIDS ONLY. THERE IS NO ADULTS CLASS ON SAT MORNING. This is because the CrossFit Endurance Certification is being held at the Toowoomba box this weekend.

A WOD you can do at home is: Run 15 minutes, but at the start, and on each minute, perform 3 strict burpees.

At 4pm on Saturday afternoon and 4pm on Sunday afternoon – a running WOD will be held at Heritage Oval instead.
